💠 This is a mystery puzzle where part of the finished puzzle is different from the poster. I decided to cover the area that is a spoiler because I don't wish to ruin the surprise for anyone.
💠 The puzzle includes an envelope with details on the story with the finished image showing the ending. The pieces were also pre-sorted into 4 plastic bags, which is common for PERMA's 1000 piece puzzles. I do really enjoy this feature as I find it easy to make time for smaller sections. Of course, the quality is incredible with their puzzles: magnetic box, drawstring bag, thick pieces, strong piece hold, and velvety soft touch pieces.
💠 I loved the image from the moment that I saw it teased in an instagram story. So, it was no surprise that I had a fantastic time working through the puzzle. The characters are cool, and the colors are gorgeous. It was actually an easy one to work through even with me choosing not to reference the poster (I wasn't sure how different the image would be to the poster so decided to go in without using it). There weren't a lot of repeating elements, and the colors as well as characters were distinct enough that I don't see it being an issue even if deciding to mix the bags.
💠 I am looking forward to the second puzzle in the series releasing. It takes place before the events shown in this puzzle.
💠 100 Little Joys was a puzzle that I just had to have. The adorable animals and grid style were too fun to resist. It features exactly 100 scenes in a 10x10 grid. Each scene is different, and even after completing the puzzle, I found more little moments that I didn't notice prior.
💠 The quality is fantastic. The unboxing feels luxurious, and the pieces are velvety soft with a strong piece hold. The box is thick with a magnetic closure and includes sorting dividers. The pieces arrive in 4 separate plastic bags for an easier experience if wanted (or just mix the bags for more of a challenge). There is a freestanding reference image and a cloth reuseable storage bag for the pieces. The pieces are thick, have standard shapes, strong hold, soft finish, no puzzle dust, and no damage.
💠 Despite there being so many scenes and details, it was an easy puzzle. There were some repeating colors, but there were different tones to them, and the other derails in each section helped determine where they went. It also wasn't a puzzle that I had to spend too much time looking at the reference even though it is a very busy image. I did work on it in the 4 separated sections, but I will be mixing the bags next time I complete it.
💠 I loved all the different moments but there were certainly a few that really stood out as favorites: cal looking into the fishbowl, panda polaroids, love birds, elephant baking a cake, and penguin claw game.
It's so hard to find nice puzzles smaller than 500+ pieces and bigger than my dinner table. I can't use those in my small places. This was lovely. Small enough not to impose, but complicated enough to spend a few evenings on. Very nice art too.

These puzzles are incredible! They have a soft matte texture, think of a nice electronics box. Each puzzle also includes a special texture, like gold foil, fuzz, or raised shine. The bonus tarot style cards that are included are very fun, and the pieces are the perfect thickness. I’m truly impressed with the quality and care that was put into the design. Customer service is also fantastic. I reached out to ask if this set would be back in stock, and they actually reached out to a retailer for me who had stock left, allowing me to order!
This was such a great puzzle. It was the easiest busy style image that I have completed. I really enjoyed the art style, and I loved the little nods to some of their other puzzles.
Fantastic Quality:
- Durable box with magnetic closure.
- Soft reuseable bag.
- Free standing reference image.
- Velvety soft touch, matte finish.
- Thick pieces.
- No numbers, letters, or paper on the back.
- Strong piece hold.
- Clear and vibrant print.
The image would work well for a full sort or just pulling pieces as needed. I did end up doing quite a sort at the start, which I rarely do as I hate sorting. However, with this one, it was nice since I kept recognizing patterns and elements.
I found it to be quite easy overall. Tons of details are able to be spotted without having to constantly look at the reference image. I actually didn't have to use the reference much. Even when the type of items are utilized in many sections, there are still enough variations to make it simple enough to figure out where things would go.
As soon as I started this puzzle, I knew I was in for a good time. The gradient sky, neon elements, and many patterns throughout made for an incredibly engaging puzzle. I didn't want to stop as there were always things that jumped out at me and kept me pulled in. I honestly wish that this one was a 2,000 piece puzzle. The artwork works great for a puzzle image, and I just wanted a bit more time with it.
