I purchased this puzzle as a gift for a friend. There was an issue with my order when I went to pick it up, but the shop owner was very cooperative and kind. I originally purchased the 500-1000 piece puzzle mat, but due to an issue, I ended up switching to the 2000 piece puzzle mat. I got it promptly and it is well-built!
